Customized In Home
Living Supports

 
This service is provided in the home and is designed to instruct or enhance home living skills as well as address health and safety.

This service may be appropriate for families:
 
  • Who want a caregiver/family member to live with the MiVia Participant.
  • Who provide 4 or more hours of service in the home each day.
  • Who want to reduce their tax burden so that more money goes to serving the needs of the participant and less to taxes.
  • Want to minimize paperwork.
 
Payment Details
  • Direct Deposit
  • DTS will pay a daily rate on the 15th and 30th of each month.
  • Payments are not subject to state and federal taxes so a 1099 will not be issued at the end of the year.
  • We offer very low administrative cost.
  • Ask about our guaranteed payment.

Individuals receiving this service are
assisted with developing and maintaining community connections and memberships by offering access to sociaL educational, recreational and leisure activities in the community. This service is provided individually, not as a group.

This flexible service offers meaningful
activities that assist with acquiring,
improving and retaining self-help, adaptive and social skills. Activities can be in the community and in our adult day-hab facility. Both individual and group activities are available and can include:
 
  • Cooking Classes
  • Art Classes
  • Day Trips
  • Swimming
  • Hiking
  • Group Lunches
  • Movies
  • Exercise opportunities
  • Assistive Technology Support

Speech & Language Pathologists,
assess diagnose and treat
communication and swallowing
disorders.
 
 
 
Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapist treats through
the therapeutic use of everyday
activities. They help people develop,
recover and improve the skills needed
for everyday living and working.
 
 

 
Physical Therapy

Physical Therapist diagnose and treat
using techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent loss of mobility before it occurs.
